Terms & Conditions

The less sexy but important stuff!

To ensure clarity, care and commitment on both ends, here are some simple terms around booking, rescheduling, and payments.
 

 

Booking and Payment

​

Session Confirmation: Sessions are confirmed once payment is received—either in full or with a non-refundable deposit (depending on the service or package).
 

Deposits: A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required upfront before any work begins, unless we've agreed otherwise.
 

Payment Terms:

Please ensure payment is made within 7 working days of receiving your invoice.

  • If you book within this 7-day window, full payment is required.

  • Payment is due before your session unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

  • For packages, it’s most supportive to use the sessions within the agreed timeframe.

 

Please note that our prices include email correspondence, 1:1 meetings and admin that may be required.
 

 

Rescheduling or Cancelling Sessions

Rescheduling:

  • Life happens, and flexibility is welcome where possible.

  • You’re welcome to reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice—just email us, and we’ll do our best to offer alternative slots.
     

Cancellations:

  • Changes with less than 72 hours’ notice usually can’t be rescheduled or refunded, as time has been reserved for you.

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are charged in full.

If you’ve booked a package, it’s most supportive to use the sessions within the timeframe we agree at the start.
 

 

Refund Policy

As a small, independent business, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made at short notice, or after services have been delivered.

 

For packages, once we’ve begun working together (i.e., after the first session), we are unable to offer partial refunds.
 

Should you need to cancel or delay work that has already been contracted, we require:

  • At least 7 days’ notice, otherwise the full outstanding fee will be payable.

  • For larger and longer-term projects, 3 months’ notice may be required.
     

As terms may differ for longer-term or retainer projects, full details will be discussed during consultation.

Late Payments
 

If we’re working together on an invoiced basis, payments are due by the date on your invoice.

What Happens if a Payment Is Late?

 A gentle reminder will be sent.

  • If payment is more than 7 days overdue, a £25 late fee may be added to cover admin time.

  • Continued delays may require us to pause future sessions until payments are up to date.
