Booking & Cancellation Terms
Supporting clarity, care, and commitment for both of us.
Thank you for choosing to work with us. To help create a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, here are some simple terms around booking, rescheduling, and payments.
Booking & Payment
Sessions are confirmed once payment is received—either in full or with a non-refundable deposit (depending on the service or package). Payment is due before your session unless we've agreed otherwise. If you’ve booked a package, it’s most supportive to use the sessions within the timeframe we agree at the start.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and flexibility is welcome where possible. You’re very welcome to reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice—please email us and we'll do our best to offer alternative slots.
Changes with less than 72 hours’ notice usually can’t be rescheduled or refunded, as time has been reserved especially for you. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are charged in full.
Refunds
As a small, independent business, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made at short notice, or after services have been delivered. For packages: once we’ve begun working together (i.e. after the first session), we are unable to offer partial refunds. If for any reason we need to reschedule, you’ll always be offered another time or a full refund if that’s not possible for you.
Late Payments
If we’re working together on an invoiced basis, payments are due by the date on your invoice. A gentle reminder will be sent if payment is late. If it's more than 7 days overdue, a £25 late fee may be added to support admin time. If payments continue to be delayed, we may need to pause future sessions until we’re back on track.
